  Always a great experience at Staerk! The staff and atmosphere are so friendly and inviting! Jessie has been cutting my hair, and she always nails it! She is amazing at understanding and visualizing exactly what her client wants and goes above and beyond to make sure she brings that style to life! Nothing but love for Jessie and the team at Staerk hair!

  I’m always nervous seeing a new stylist so, naturally, it took me a while to find one. From the first time I stepped into Staerk hair I knew that I had found the right place. Angela is amazing, and Paul and Jesse are great. I feel welcome, and at home every time I walk in, and that is a huge thing for me. I had always wanted to get bright colours in my hair, but until I started seeing Angela I was always too terrified to actually go through with it. Angela spent the time talking to me about the colour and was able to take my ideas and turn it into something amazing. I’ve gotten the Elumen colours done in my hair 3 times now and I love it more every time. My hair is longer and healthier than it’s been in Years (even with the colour), and I am more confident than before I met you amazing people. Thank you for making me feel at home and comfortable and encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone. I couldn’t be happier.

  All 3 of the stylists at this salon are outstanding in their art! They are also a riot to hang out with while your hair is processing. I absolutely love my appointments and especially the results!!! Paul Lock has repaired my hair from what we thought might be irreparable damage. I am blown away with how strong and healthy my hair is in only a matter of months... not to mention the subtle and strategically placed highlights he put in last night. I instantly got compliments as soon as I walked out of the salon! Amazing. Thank you so much Paul!!!

  I've been getting my hair done (cut, coloured and styled) by Angela, the owner of Staerk Hair, for twenty years, and couldn't imagine anyone else doing it. I'm thrilled she has her own salon! Angela is the best at what she does; she is very knowledgable and genuinely cares about all her clients. She listens to what you say and remembers your preferences from last time, and she's always up to date on the newest colour and styling techniques. The whole team at Staerk is wonderful, welcoming, and extremely good at what they do, and the salon itself is beautiful and inviting. I highly recommend Staerk Hair; I have never left with less than perfect hair!

  Changing my stylist, changed my life! It's amazing how a fantastic cut &/or colour can change how you feel about yourself! My hair is extremely difficult, and it has taken me over 20 years to find someone that can work with it. So many of my friends and family get their hair done here now. But that's only part of it... I am always greeted warmly as soon as I walk in the door. I have NEVER had to wait to talk to someone. I am welcome and offered a beverage. I don't think any of them have barista experience, but they may as well have! Custom coffees, lattes, you name it! It's great :) Once sitting in the stylist chair, my stylist (Angela) gives me her undivided attention. She takes time to connect with me. I feel its extremely important to be heard when you're trying to create how the world sees you, and that's what they do at Staerk! They listen to everything from your ideas, to your daily routine, to what has and hasn't worked for you the past. They discuss with you what works best with your lifestyle and make sure you both have the same vision before even starting! Everyone in the salon is great! While each stylist is working with their client, there is such a sense of community. Many times there have been fantastic group conversations between all clients and stylists. It's a fantastic atmosphere. I can even vouch for the fantastic products used. Like I mentioned, my hair is a big challenge, but with the help of styling and product recommendations, I get compliments several times a day! (often people I'm with are surprised how many people comment while we're together) Great location, great staff, great atmosphere, great results and always on time! I would HIGHLY recommend ANY of the stylists at Staerk!
