  Lovely place! Great service, the first time here is recommended by a friend, it was a very satisfying hair cut experience ! My favourite thing about the service here is that I get my hair cut exactly the way I want! I also like the free drink they provide, little extra always make the service to the next level!

  The lovely staff here always make me welcome. They carry a good selection of products and can easily schedule an appointment for more than 1 service at a time. I can always get in and finish my cut before the free parking in the city parade runs out.

  Worst kids haircut. My daughter went in with her hair in a ponytail and came out with the bumps and links still in it. (Why didn't they wet her hair to cut it?) I suspected it would be uneven and it sure was after I washed and blow dried it. I asked for her hair to be cut to her shoulders and that is exactly what I got. Just a straight cut across the bottom. No shape at all and apparently the stylist even spent "extra" time on it. Her appointment was 15min long.. For $35 after taxes and tip, I could have went to kiddie cuts and got that done twice and it probably would have looked better.

  Great salon! The staff are very friendly and accommodating! There is nothing they cannot do. Whatever service you need, you can expect to leave happy! Nails, hair, makeup, lashes, baked goods! They do it all.

  Megan who does The Bake House for Heartwood & Co is amazing! She is always so accommodating to her client's preferences and likes for flavours and turns them into something brilliant! She is so creative, detail orientated, and passionate about what she does. You can definitely taste the love in her sweets.
