Bought one hybrid commuter bike here and have serviced my road bike here for several years. Great, knowledgable staff. Real bike people always willing to talk cycling. Had to deal with a particularly difficult issue with wheels that service staff did their best to resolve (and did).

This is a great store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of bikes and accessories. The service shop is also excellent with turn-around times much quicker than most shops. Support your LBS!

Went to the store to see what they carried as this was my first time at Sporting Life. Some of the staff were friendly, however, one of the associates followed me around the store and instead of making it appear like he was working (like cleaning up items and folding clothes, etc.), he just walked behind me. Soon after, he asked me if I was waiting for someone instead of asking if I needed help looking for something (which would have been more appropriate). I must say that it was a very negative experience. Not sure if the fact that I'm non-white had a role to play but I certainly suspect that it might have played a part in how I was treated.

If I could give 0 I would. Worst customer service ever!!! There were absolutely no sales associates to be found. When I went to the cash area to ask for assistance, the cashier was quite rude and seemed like I had interrupted her conversation with a colleague. I do not understand such poor service especially when it was a slow during the day. They just do not seem to care at all. I do not wish to recommend or spend a dime in this place.

Helpful and professional service. I had tons of issues with my new bike, from poor shifting up to bike frame replacement. All got resolved without any additional cost (glad to have 3 years mainenance warranty). It might be not the cheapest shop in the area, but I definitely would spend a bit more to make sure that my bike will run with 0 issues.
