  Came here cause I was tired of riding around for advance about the bike I was riding on. Then Jesu- I mean this man named Jake came to me and gave me some advices. Truly a life saver.

  I like this store and made quite a few purchases.I went to return an Item and i was told it cant be returned even though its not used and still in the refund period.I was okay with it but felt somehow the lady at the cashier counter with curly hair(mentioned this only coz don't remember her name)was telling details in an unfriendly way and intimidated me.She could explain in a nice sober way but chose to deal in a rough way. Don't know why this store hires people who dont appear approachable or friendly.

  This place has so much potential and they have done a great job running this Sport Chek down. Selection isn't as good as it used to be, and if you could pay the staff to care less; they would. Years ago, this was the place to go. Such a shame they have slipped up here. :(

  Bought a GoPro. Did not work. Took it back to exchange only 10 days after purchasing it. Despite the returns policy saying they do returns/exchanges within 60 days, they would not exchange it. They said they don’t take back gopros. 0 day exchange/returns. There are exceptions to the 60 day policy, but gopros are not listed. When asked how would I know there is a no-exchange policy on gopros, the owner Kevin said “I’m telling you now”. It’s a little late! Fortunately the GoPro company said they’d exchange it for me but that will take up to 6 weeks - long after the trip is over that I bought it for. Do not shop at this SportChek!

  Store has limited styles and stock. Not much on sale and had to look for a sales representative to assist me. They did not have any shoes in my size. Lol size 8. And I found that strange. Staff was friendly and helpful with what they could. Not much options or stock in kick boxing or boxing. Would like to see more stock for sporting equipment and sales.
