  Have had good service here before, but recently have had multiple bad experiences preparing for my wedding here. A certain sales associate, a 5' tall woman, has made inaccurate measurements and has a poor understanding of their own policies. We were charged for shoe rentals even when opted out of our tuxedo rental package. I believe she needs to be retrained because when taking our measurements she was WAY off on four separate occasions. I'm very disappointed in the service here and will stay clear in future from this sales associate.

  Moores overall is a 5 star business but this location and this one associate is a 1 star or less. I am a previous client of Moores (other locations)and have ALWAYS had excellent service and the staff have been highly professional, until Saturday Feb 23. I am a larger sized man on a budget and went into this location looking for either a suit or pants and shirt. When my wife and I went into the store all associates were dressed very well, except for 1 who was in jeans, who came over and asked how he could be of assistance. This is where everything went downhill. He asked what size i am, when i said i was not sure he snickered and directed me to the sales rack. At the sales rack i was looking at the suits and prices on sleeves and at this point he FORCIBLY grabbed my head and directed my gaze to the sale sign stating "you need to look at this not that"!!!! I have never felt so insulted of violated in a store before. But I was willing to let this pass. He showed me a couple suits (colors and styles). My wife was sitting not far away and was working on her phone, not paying attention to us. He then suddenly yells out a few times in her direction " HEY BOSS" trying to get her attention. All within 10 minutes he has disrespected my wife, insulted me and devalued me. i told him to be more professional and not casual. to which he said yes but has a very insulted look on his face. Still willing to shop there if service improved, we went to the fitting rooms which had pins all over the seats, embedded in the carpet and on top of the carpet. I requested to change rooms and the other was not too much better. When i mentioned about the pins, his attitude was it's not a problem because they are not a danger. For me this was the last straw and left. I will continue to be a Moores client. BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION.

  It was my first time shopping at moores! It was for my dad in laws birthday that i needed to put together a look and it was short notice as i was on my way to the birthday party so I decided to step inside moores. My associate was Brian, professional and concise! I gave him my father in laws measurements and he immediately put together two complete looks from my to choose from, from blazer to tie to dress pants and shirt, i loved the look he created and purchased it right away! Excellent service by Brian! Im glad i trusted Brians expertise in fashion and class as my dad in law was very happy with his gift!

  Very well managed store and Tina was very helpful and very professional on helping find the perfect suit for hubby. Will def be going back

  As I generated a rental for an upcoming wedding, I added all my groomsmen and the best man for the rental agreement, as they would need to purchased a specified color shirt with the rental. When the groomsmen attending this store, they all seemed to have a problem in identifying the event, and identifying the color shirt they are required to purchase. I have had this issue 4 times already with each of these men. I highly recommend customers take business elsewhere, hopefully a company that knows what they are doing!
