  Fantastic location. Great trainers, awesome vibe. Very clean. My 'go to' spin class when I'm in Vancouver.

  This is really fun. I started going as a favour to a friend and fully expected to hate it, but every class has been great. The staff are amazing, and so helpful. I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you are a newbie like me.

  Been to a lot of spin places all over North America, but this one really freaking kicks your ass. The instructors are incredibly kind and not 'trendy' or pretentious, like I find some studios to be. I always feel welcomed here, it's a great place to get in shape.

  What a fantastic cycling studio! The trainers and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The women’s washrooms attend to most feminine needs (free of charge). Everything is well maintained, clean, and organized. All you need to do is show up!

  I'm addicted to spinning and this place offers great facilities, bikes, and an overall great experience. Been to a few different instructors' classes and Brent's class was definite the toughest; he will kick your ass but you will feel amazing after, I think he's also very good at motivating and helping you dig deep
