  One of my very dear friends introduced me to Derek and am I glad that she did. Derek is professional with what he does and very knowledgeable with any questions you may have about the training exercises. I have been training with Derek for a while now and I can easily say that I feel stronger than I have ever before. With each session I am amazed at how much more I can push/pull/lift, etc. He is very encouraging and positive it makes me feel like I can do anything!

  Results driven Personal Training. I highly recommend Derek to anyone looking to be more productive in the Gym. I'm active outside of the gym but haven't ever focused on weight training. Over the years I have had trainers and friends give me tips but I didnt feel like I had the right form and wasn't seeing any results for the time I put in. Within the first few sessions with Derek I was comfortable doing free weight squats and a number of other exercises that I wanted to learn. Now the time I spend in the gym has direct results - I have gained muscle, lost fat and increased my strength and speed.

  Testimonial; First thing you'll notice when meeting Derek for the first time is his massive stature and frame. He's a pretty big guy! However, you would think he would have quite an ego, but this is furthest from the truth. Derek is very humble and has a very easy going personality that is not overbearing, which allows his clients to be themselves! I was very impressed with Derek. I have been going to the gym for the past 8 years, and I've had opportunities to train with quite a few professional trainers. I have to say, Derek is among the very best!   I had been working out by myself for awhile, and I wasn't achieving the results I wanted, so I was looking for a trainer in the area to help me take my workouts to the next level. A friend referred me to Derek, and I have had a great time working with him. I definitely feel like I am making a lot more progress than I was making by myself. He is patient and motivating, and has definitely helped me to improve my strength and endurance. He is great at helping me figure out which exercises and areas to focus on. Highly recommended to anyone in the area who is looking for a trainer!
