  Please be aware of the cancellation policy written on the back of the invoice before giving your deposit. The salesperson did not review the policy with me. I cancelled my sofa order 4 days after ordering it and well before delivery only to lose my $300 dollar deposit. Their policy says 48 hour to change your mind. They call it a ‘restocking fee’. There was nothing to restock as the sofa was not even custom and it had not even left the warehouse. It was also one of their big sellers so there was no chance of the company losing money. It was a pure money grab. This is a case of buyer beware. Be sure to read all the fine print. ****I am adding an addendum to my review above. I am very pleased that the general manager of the store has rectified the issue and has issued me a complete refund. Many thanks

  Great service, knowledgeable staff, very impressed by prices. Very reasonable and a wide variety. Delivery was prompt and delivery guys were very considerate of the space and professional.

  Very helpful staff, bit pushy on the sales front. Have a good selection of sofas and options for custom upholstery on higher end furniture.

  We went to 8 other place before finding the perfect sofa here. Prices are reasonable. We ended up getting a Canadian made sofa with custom fabric. It was delivered in the time promised and we are very happy with it. Going back to buy the matching loveseat. The salespeople are very friendly and helpful.
