  Needed some large scratches fixed on the rear passenger side door of my Mazda 3. They did an immaculate job and I couldn't be happier with their work. They also fixed a small dent and gave the car a quick cleaning for free. It was also very fairly priced at $950 (dealership and other body work places were quoting me $1200-$1500). Honestly, this place is the best for both value and quality of work. The staff is also very friendly, and gave me a brief overview of what needed to be done when I showed them the damage. You'll likely need to book weeks in advance (I had to), which is understandable with how good they are. You can have peace of mind when bringing your vehicle here for sure.

  Peter was so sweet and the team was amazing! I went in for a quote to fix my bumper after receiving a quote of almost $900 to replace it; I was assuming it would be a similar price. I was there for about 10 minutes when the mechanic came out and told me it was fixed! They fixed my bumper that was quoted to me as a right off! I Couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend they are honest people.

  Their price is resonable and their work is just AMAZING. I had several scratches and chipped paint on my car that they took care of and I must say I am very pleased with their work. Hands down would recommend over any ther auto body shop in town.

  This was my first experience with a body shop and wow am I impressed! My car was repaired earlier than expected AND they even went out of their way to repair some other damage I couldn’t afford right now. Absolute rock stars.

  Best in the city! I brought my car in for an estimate for two scratched doors. The fourth body and paint shop I went to that day. Peter Borrello Sr. was there and said they would probably do it for $40 - $60. I asked why so cheap because the other three previous estimates from that day were as high as $699.00. He told me that the best men in the business work here. I made an appointment to bring my car in two weeks later all on a hand shake. Well I brought my car in and went next door for breakfast. While waiting for my food Peter Cunningham walks in and puts my fob on the table in front of me. He says the car is done and there's no charge. I'm blown away! What kind of business man works like that? I finish my breakfast, go back to Scotty's to pick up my car and ask Peter why no charge. He says it was such a quick job that he thought NO charge was the correct price. I didn't even look at the job when I left. When I got home I looked at my doors and they look brand new. I was told by others about Scotty's being the best in Ottawa and now I can attest to that sentiment. To Mr. Borrello Sr. and Mr. Cunningham, a class act all around. Thank you
