  The service is nice and friendly, wait times are normally minimal. You can access the ATM at all hours through the Winnipeg square enterance.

  Very disappointed with account manager, He doesnt even respond to the mails and tellers are better and friendly than the account manager. i would never like to have an manager like him, sent him a mail and been 2 months heard no response, which tellers from another branch did it in 5 min. SCOTIA PLEASE LEARN TO VALUE THE BANK SERVICE CHARGES

  if I could rate 0/5, I would, but unfortunately that's not an option. absolutely the most rude and disrespectful branch manager I have ever met, I am blown away by the fact that this person is even in a position of management given her atrocious customer service skills. her name is meaghan, and she is a vile putrid and disgusting person, I pray you never need to deal with her because good luck. she's a real gem. again, this branch has given me the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. avoid this branch or even scotia bank at all costs. once my funds and upcoming bills are paid I will be cancelling my account with scotia bank and taking my business else where. all because of meaghan. so scotia bank if you're reading this. you can thank her for your company loosing a customer.

  Located underground in the winnipeg square. Lots of ATM's and tellers. I think it's slates to move when the true north square is built.

  Wanted to change my branch to something closer to where I moved. They would not allow it. Not just a simple no, quite rude about it. This came from the manager.
