  Was there for a professional event. The room size is good. But the ventilation system is incredibly loud in the event room. Unable to hear the speaker at times. The hotel is clean and nice.

  We got to the sandman at 3:30am with a room already booked for 2 nights. Went up to the room and there were 2 big yellow stains on the comforter and the room looked very run down. We went back to the desk to ask for a different room. The manager at the time (Grant I think his name was) was very accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. He gave us another room, tried to settle in, looked at the bed and the pillows had huge yellow stains on them and the couch had a big cigarette burn on the arm. We went back to the front desk again, the manager gave us another room on the main floor and came with us to inspect it. Everything was good so he left and we went to bed. The room was very hot and the ac was so loud neither of us could sleep properly, the water pressure in the shower was so terrible you couldn’t have a normal shower. Not impressed at all. The only thing good I have to say about this hotel is the customer service.

  I had a hard time with the shuttle but the staff was so nice and understanding The rooms are clean and quiet. It resembles a small apartment. The bar food and drinks were not expensive and The staff are very sweet. One of my favorite hotels

  Overall I would rate the hotel about 3.5-4 stars, however this last stay we had a very poor room and so the review score reflects that. The staff was less than friendly when checking in, and the room we were in was directly next to the elevator (which woke me up multiple times throughout the night). It also had extremely poor water pressure and temperature in the shower. The amenities were rather poor, and only had basic cable and a VERY small tv. Rather sub-par for a hotel these days. The saving grace was the very friendly woman who helped us check out and drove us to the airport the next morning. Overall a very poor stay and I had expected more.

  Very happy with the accommodations. Clean room with upgrades. Comfortable bed and pull out sleeper couch (we had a king size suite.) Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good location for airport and shopping. Not too much outside noise. Onsite restaurants, pool and fitness room. Would recommend this hotel to others.
