  Nice food and nice customer service, went here for dinner with my family and there was nothing to complain about, fast, moderatly priced, and looks nice too. Also has a really cool pool and waterslide if you're into that

  I was at Canadian Inns Polo Park for a wedding social. Everything was great except parking was a little hard to find. Usually there would be no issue but I think there was a few different events making it extra busy.

  First time at this hotel, and this the WORST experience ever!! From customer service to restaurant service WORST! Would not recommend anyone to this place, very horrible and upsetting, I don’t want this stat to be here I rate no star at all

  Staff were friendly and got checked in and out easily. The rooms were pretty clean but when I went to use the shower there was some black hair in the shower tiles that was not mine. I was put on the 2nd floor and they should really tell the guests that it’s very noisy on this floor as it’s the same floor as the pool and the rooms had thin walls as it sounded like people were slamming doors and kids were yelling and I had a couple of pretty bad sleeps because of it. Overall i will probably never stay there again. Beds Were comfortable and gym was good as well.

  Stayed here for a night, first my room was very hot and the A/C did not work, someone came to fix it but it only worked for an hour after that. Ice machine was broken and the other was empty. Could not see through window it was fogged up from broken seal. TV's went down for an hour due to issues with the hotel TV system. Hot Tub was closed. They had issues with elevators so had to walk up the stairs once. Very loud hotel till about 4 AM, lots of Natives being so loud. Would never stay here again.
