    So I’ve been going to this store for the last few months. I bought 8 OPI nail polishes however there were nail polishes from another customer who was still shopping and they scanned the wrong ones for me. I called the same day when I noticed and was told to bring in the ones that were wrong with the bill. I go into the store today and the lady with the big black hair tells me that I need to bring in all of the nail polishes for her to do an exchange. I tell her she did not say that to me, she lies and said she did. I said to her I can show her the exact ones that I purchased if she just needs to scan them and she said no, she needs my original ones. Then continues to tell me how in retail you need to bring your entire purchases back for exchange or refund and how I have 60 days so the fact that I called and wasted my time today didn’t matter. I called the Oshawa, Scarborough and Toronto store and they said that she could have just scanned the ones in store that I had purchased. I’ve left a message with their head office. This is unacceptable.

    I had to get out of there in a hurry. The employee that "helped" was absolutely horrible! I asked for advise but I could not hear the words she was muttering because of her open mo75th fast intentional gum chewing that made my blood pressure raise....even with my staring at her she did not get the hint to STOP IT! Completely unprofessional calling me "hun" and "luv" while "ntz-ntz-ntz-ntz"-ing in my face ...... She also overcharged me even with me saying I just renewed my membership specifically telling her "that's how I know we do not need the area anymore". Her response: " I don't know it doesn't show me" AND CHARGED ME. I was so annoyed I didn't want to spend more time near her and left paying the second time in a month for my membership........ PLEASE someone tell her it is inappropriate to behave in such manner not just at work but ANYWHERE. Oh yeah I want my money back for the membership!

    The staff in the store is very friendly and seem to have a vast knowledge of the products that they sell. Promotions and store signage is always accurate and well laid out. Some of their prices are a bit expense for what the product is. From time to time they send out promotional emails with discount codes. That is about the only time I will shop there is when I get a discount or when something is on sale. The store is very clean and well organized. Occasionally the staff will talk about personal things on the sales floor that are not related to work and should be discussed in private. Overall, I do recommend this location. They sell many beauty supplies that you cannot get at your local drugstore or big box store.

    I had purchased extensions for my wedding a few weeks ago and the employee that was in the store was friendly but was more interested in knowing what her friend in the store was doing on the weekend. She pulled a small piece of hair out of the extensions that matched my hair and told me it was a 'perfect match'. I brought these to my hair appointment recently and the whole colour is WAY too warm for my hair even though the colour itself is called 'Blonde Frost'. The extensions are now going to have to be bleached to match my hair and i spent $200+ but will now have to spend more money to have them bleached. At no point during the conversation with the employee(s) was I ever told these can not be returned even after noting several times I had NEVER purchased extensions before. I felt as though I was pushed towards buying the more expensive extensions even though the cheaper ones were a better match. I called the store and got a "sorry I can't do anything" have now contacted customer service and they are saying it may take approximately 3-4 weeks at least to process the return after I send the product I have now. I bought the extensions 3 weeks ago therefore the second I bought them I was really S out of luck but was not warned. Not a good experience from start to finish.
