  I understand that Brian is the only one who works there and he's great (Friendly guy and a good salesman), but I'd be more inclined to spend money and hang out more if the store was opened on my days off. As a returning player this can be a bit of a bummer, hence why I've no choice but to go to local hobby stores that are not well stocked and little-to-no tables to play on.

  I have gone several times and the customer service here is just superb. Bryan is polite, helpful, knowledgeable, funny, and an all around good guy. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  Bryan was super knowledgeable about their products and was very helpful. The store has a wide variety of models and paint colours. If you want to order off the internet do it from the store, it helps them more then just ordering to the store. I was helped for like an hour and a half; he helped a bunch of other people at the same time, which was fine with us becuase it gave us time to make decisions. I wasn't pressured into anything I didn't want and he even 'down'sold me because the products I ended up buying were better for me. I left happy and excited to start a new hobby. :)

  Bryans a bloody hero, always ready to help. place is friendly and fun for even people who don't play.

  Friendly customer service and lots of space available. While I have never played a game or painted here the manager has always offered this to me. Employees are always interacting with customers and even when it is busy they manage to provide quality interaction with every patron of the store. Be sure to call ahead if you're after something specific, I have always been able to have product held at the counter to ensure it's there when I arrive.
