  I purchased a pair of Murelle boots in December. When the seam split on one of them I wrote and asked if there was any kind of warranty on the shoe. I received a reply stating that they had all my details including receipt however didn't have the same shoe in my size. They offered to send a comparable shoe to the store for me to try or could issue a refund. I asked them to send the shoe so I could try it. It didn't fit like I would have liked but I found another shoe that seemed to fit the bill. When they couldn't find my size they offered to order it for me and when it came in it fit like a glove!!! A co-worker of mine introduced me to this store when she exchanged a pair of boots that she bought and I bought my first pair that same day. The selection, quality and price of the shoes they sell as well as the INCREDIBLE customer service sold me and I will keep going back to see what's new on the rack. THANK YOU to all involved. If you haven't been here yet, what the heck are you waiting for???

  Very helpful staff and good prices. They didn’t have the size we were looking for at the store but they got it from another one.

  At this time I wish the Kerrisdale store was reopened but alas I have to go downtown. But, nonetheless the service is great but the parking is not good lots of parking meters available but they are always full.

  Amazing customer service at this store! Isabella went out of her way to help me find the perfect pair of boots. The selection is awesome as well and the prices are great. If you haven't checked out this store you really should, quality product, great service and super prices!

  Have been shopping at ronson's for a long time and am always incredibly impressed with the service. You always feel taken care of and the quality of shoe is actually guaranteed.! Isabella from this store helped me on the phone today and was more than excellent. 10/10 would reccomend
