::I purchased a pair of Murelle boots in December. When the seam split on one of them I wrote and asked if there was any kind of warranty on the shoe. I received a reply stating that they had all my details including receipt however didn't have the same shoe in my size. They offered to send a comparable shoe to the store for me to try or could issue a refund. I asked them to send the shoe so I could try it. It didn't fit like I would have liked but I found another shoe that seemed to fit the bill. When they couldn't find my size they offered to order it for me and when it came in it fit like a glove!!! A co-worker of mine introduced me to this store when she exchanged a pair of boots that she bought and I bought my first pair that same day. The selection, quality and price of the shoes they sell as well as the INCREDIBLE customer service sold me and I will keep going back to see what's new on the rack. THANK YOU to all involved. If you haven't been here yet, what the heck are you waiting for???

::At this time I wish the Kerrisdale store was reopened but alas I have to go downtown. But, nonetheless the service is great but the parking is not good lots of parking meters available but they are always full.
