::Overall the hotel is good. The staff is friendly and the room is clean. The hotel hallways were a bit dirty on the day of my arrival but have since been cleaned. The sofa in my room has seen a lot of use and is sagging a bit. The room has kind of a weird smell that I got used to fast and didn't linger on my person. Overall I would stay again.

::Crystal is awesome as are most staff. This place has gone above and beyond while my family is here making the past 2 months easy and comfortable in some our darkest hours after the fire.

::Super service. Thrre were 2 hockey teams staying there at the same time as us but we didn't hear them at all. Great service and excellent location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a huge free parking lot.

::I want start off by saying the check in staff was very very friendly and helped us find good spots to eat. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has a small hot tub and a pool. There is a gym but it is really small. They have complimentary breakfast which wasn't that bad, considering it's hotel breakfast. The overall stay was fantastic.
