  I came in for a beard styling with Ashley with 5 weeks of untouched growth. I’ve never had a proper beard in my 35 years, so this was a pretty big deal for me. I was nervous and really didn’t know what I needed or wanted. Ashley put me right at ease, and as soon as that hot towel hit my face I knew I was right where I needed to be. She started buzzing and shaving away at the mess I’d brought her, talking me through every step of the way. Finally came the reveal. Wow. I tried to play cool, but the 5 year old on Christmas morning in me ultimately came out. I was beaming. Ashley walked me through the upkeep, and I listened, but mostly just stared at my transformation. This was just a few days ago and I cannot get over the new sense of confidence a little shaping and shaving gave me. I’m seeing some buddies in a few weeks in Austin that I haven’t seen in years and I’ve already booked Ashley for a haircut, wash, and another beard styling. Thank you Ashley and Regal Team.

  I had been a year-long member getting my haircut here once a week and they never took the time to inform me of the changes to the membership or asked if I wanted to continue my membership with these changes (which I would have been more than happy to). Instead, I received an email from PayPal that Regal had cancelled my payments set up for my membership. I’ll reiterate, the Regal team did not take any time to contact me which is frankly a disgusting way to be treated by a business I spent a year supporting so diligently. I sincerely hope you learn from this incredibly poor treatment of a highly supportive customer and realize the customer is what drives your business and should not be treated as you did me.

  I’ve been coming here since Summer last year and has by far been the best service I’ve ever experienced. When you come to Regal, you don’t just get a haircut you get an experience. From the complimentary drinks down to the warm and welcoming staff that truly do care about you. What separates Regal from the rest is the membership. I’m able to get a haircut and beard trim weekly by Sandy who by the way is phenomenal, without having to break the bank. Regal has a been a game changer for me and I can’t recommend it enough!

  Been coming here for a few years now from their old location to their new location here. They started out focusing on quality service at their old location and they have not wavered. You'll find a 5-star hotel level of hospitality here from the reception staff the moment you walk in - greeting you by name, taking your coat, preparing a drink for you while you wait in the lounge for your appointment. Hotels can learn from them. I've been getting haircuts from Ashley, Rua'a, Simone, and Matthew, and I can say that not only are they highly skilled, they take the care and time to make sure the details are just right - from cleaning up neck lines to shaping up hair on the sides of your face. I occasionally do end up going to other places for haircuts but when it's for a wedding or something important, this is it.

  Regal Grooming Lounge is so amazing that I've had Wednesday's at 4 PM booked with Michelle for the last 3 years. I've been coming here since they were at the smaller "mom and pop shop" style and have watched them grow in to the beautiful space they are in now! Their service is impeccable the moment you step through the doors. Jackie or Jue will greet you, grab your coat, and ask if you want a glass a of scotch, a beer or recently a coffee. If you're early for your appointment, check out Garrison Bespoke in the back. They have beautiful custom tailored suits and Will and Rich would be happy to chat with you. Sometimes I go early or stay late at the shop because they have bar you can sit at to get some work done and even charge your phone. Sometimes you'll even run in to the owner, Angelo! He is one of the most humble businessmen I know. I have had a haircut from each one of the staff while Michelle is away and they are all great! I just love the Michelle's Irish accent ;). They have a good selection of hair products and would be happy to recommend what works for your hair! Lots of love for all of Regal. Excited for Robbie to come back one day!
