  I enjoy visiting the clinic and would highly recommend it, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and there are deals every month. Christina is an awesome technician. She always makes me feel comfortable.

  Really bad service, I went there three times and in this three times they burnt my skin two times. Staffs are not familiar with the technology at all specially the new girls. One of them is very careless and doesn't cover the whole area when using the device. The new girl misses half of your skin and burns the other half. I called them and asked for a technician to help me with my damaged skin, they just said sorry there will be no one for next two weeks!!!!!!!! :O I had to visit a MD. Do not recommend them at all.

  The policy of asking your credit card details for booking an appointment for a free consultation is just ridiculous. Attitudes like that show that there is no respect for the client who is coming to give you his/her money- if you can't trust your own client then why she should trust you?

  This place is amazing, Jo is wonderful and such an awesome person, she answers all of your questions and is very patient. As well Renee at the front desk is so kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place!

  I came in for a consultation over a week ago and was greeted by Renee at reception, she was super nice and guided me through all paper work that needed to be filled out. I then was greeted by The Laser Technician Christina, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my zillion questions that I had and made me feel very comfortable talking about the process. I was absolutely impressed with my service at Electra Laser. It's Cozy and spa like and everyone is so pleasant Go in and ask to book with Christina she is the BEST! :) :) Thanks
