  Had a flat tire and needed to just get the tube changed. There was no technician in the shop to change the tube but Tony let me use their tools so I could do it myself. Super friendly and helpful staff.

  Great Staff. Very inviting and accommodating to everything we needed. The bikes themselves were enough to make us come back. My elderly father was able to go 25km no problem! That in combination with the staff... they will definitely be seeing us again.

  We rented two electric bikes. Jason was wonderful, the bikes were awesome, the price was very fair. Would highly recommend renting from this store. It was right down the street from our hotel, very convenient. Easy to get to Stanley Park via bike lanes through town. Side note- best to rent bikes during the week, we rented them on Saturday, bike trails were very crowded. Nevertheless a beautiful ride.
