  the staff here are rude. i recomend going to More Bikes which is two blocks up at 4th and Burrard. they are less expensive or the same and have better customer service

  I arrived at closing time one dark and rainy night with brakes that were scary worn down, and they kept the shop open to replace the pads for me. Made for a much safer ride home - thanks for going above and beyond!

  This is my local bike shop so I may be a bit biased but I love these guys! The staff are always super helpful and informative about bike care and maintenance. If you have a bicycle and you need any work done I highly recommend paying Reckless a visit!

  They have a nice selection of affordable city bikes. I have tried to like them for years because they support the bicycle community, but every time I've been in it's been a bad experience. I got a tune up here and the bike was barely any better; I took it back and they did fix it (replaced an old cable) but it was annoying to have to go back and should have been dealt with the first time. My partner and I have gone to them for flat fixes and the tubes have pinched within a few days. I went in looking for a rack for my folding bike and they were ignorant of how folding bikes work, even thought they sell them, and dismissive. They have a nice exterior presence and the free oil and air is nice, but for service and advice the staff I've dealt with don't seem to know what they're doing.
