  I used the online store regularly in another city and it worked really well. In Thunder Bay, however, the website doesn't refresh properly and doesn't display a normal selection of basic staples like bread, bagels, and now half & half cream. I've emailed and called and been told there isn't a problem for several months. It's so disappointing to go from loving a service to leaving it with no one at the store taking any action at all.

  I love click and collect. It's so nice to shop for groceries online, at my convenience and then pick it up after work. I have not had any problems with the meat and veggies they pick for me.

  Great prices for families that need to buy in bulk! Great customer service also. Love collecting points from the gas station then using those points for groceries!

  I always prefer doing my groceries at the Superstore compared to Walmart. Their vegetables section has fresh collection. Gotta love their Oriental & Indian ailes - lots of choices. Their seafood section is very good. Reasonable prices for the quality.

  Overall good grocery store. Nice layout and good food selection. Not very consistent when it comes to vegetables and fruits. Sometimes there's randomly no broccoli or no lettuce for example. The produce is often old or in rough condition. The other food is consistently good and available.
