  Would have liked to be checked in early but said they couldn't. Rooms were clean. The restaurant downstairs was good but could have had better portions. It's in a central location in downtown Kelowna. Prices for rooms were reasonable

  Room was great... service great.. we did notice an unusual for in the hall only getting off the elevator. Notified management to check on it.

  The location was very convenient on the downtown strip, and the rooms were modern and clean. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and professional, and all around welcoming.

  Excellent clean hotel, serviced our large group very well. Close to everything you could want in the heart of kelowna. Some of the front desk staff could have been a little friendlier but the hotel accommodated us well.

  I told the front desk wanted a quiet room I put it right next to the ice machine which was directly on the other side of the wall as the bed. I had to change rooms at 2 in the morning it was so bad. There was also no shower down by the pool and I think they use excessive amount of chlorine because my skin was so itchy after being in the pool. Likely because nobody showers before going in
