  This place needs overhaul or needs to be shut down. Our company usually sends us here to stay for work. First time I had stayed here there was stains on the top sheets. ABSOLUTELY DIGUSTING. Was sent here again for work recently. This place is run down. Smells and is dirty. You just don't feel at ease here. You feel like you are in a ghetto. To top it off the staff here have no manners nor any concept of customer service. Sandman, do you guys not train your staff in service or hospitality as you have nothing else going for you in this hell hole. The manager Christine, how did you get your title as a manager? You should learn how to treat your guests with some manners and respect. We asked why our key stopped working. Instead of advising she rudely yelled and scolded my wife. Not sure how she is still a manager let alone employed still. To the owners of this place, I'd be concerned, as management is a reflection of your business. Based on all the reviews here, there is some consistency in the lack of good experience and poor customer service to top! There is so many other hotels up in Kelowna. Advice to all others whom are doing some research, stay clear of this place. You will find better quality and service elsewhere. I will make sure our company stops booking any other fellow employees to stay with you guys. To the manager Christine, you are a miserable person. I hope you read a book and maybe better your IQ and personality.

  Great service when our room wad not up to snuff. T.v. is small with poor interface. Overall not bad for the price, but could defiantly step up on the in room tech to match similarly priced hotels

  We spent one night here and everyone was just so nice and accommodating. Christine from front desk has the most uplifting attitude ever! She is just so cheerful and always smiling. The experience was just perfect thanks to the wonderful staff! We will definitely be back.

  I loved the hotel. It takes a new style to a hotel with the indoor pool in the middle and rooms surrounding it. You get a good view of everything . The rooms aren't small. Maybe a little smaller than average. But you get a good sized room and the bed is comfy. I'd advise bringing your own pillow because the pillows provided are somewhat bulky and hard to sleep on. That's my only complaint

  I had the pleasure of staying with Sandman Kelowna at the end of February 2018 for 3 nights. I was staying with my son who is a toddler. The Sandman staff were fantastic in accommodating us. They went out of their way to set us up in the tower with a large 1bedroom suite so my son could go to bed early and he would not be disturbed. They also provided a pack and play sleep option for my son. The full kitchen was also very helpful for the eating in option and any dishwashing. The bed was great and room was clean. Great experience overall and highly recommend it.
