  If you'd like to be charged A THOUSAND DOLLARS to have your personal taxes done - this is the place to go. Despite me asking about pricing a number of times, I was NEVER given even an estimate or ballpark number. I was only told "not to worry" as it "won't be a big hit". I asked repeatedly about cost throughout the process, but kept being told I would get the price when my taxes were done. When finished, I was told I would have to pay $1,000!! I was COMPLETELY SHOCKED and actually INSULTED by the feeling of being ripped of and taken advantage of. I should have been more cautious, given the lack of upfront information, yet Ros was referred to me, so I felt that I could trust her. I should not have been so naive. I concluded my transaction with this company with a massive bill and 'buyer' remorse'. I would not recommend this accountant to anyone.
