  The only way to contact them is via post. What kind of customer service is that? It's 2017!

  They closed their customer service desk (formerly accessible from the mall area) but they kept the mail slot to drop off tax papers without needing postage. The slot is on the Laurier side entrance just East of the revolving door.

  Business hours need to be listed for the offices. During tax season people need to know when help is available.
