  Paul is an absolute delight to work with. He exceeded every expectation I had of the entire process and my fianceé is completely in love with her custom ring. Cannot recommend highly enough!

  As I had never had an engagement ring, let alone a custom-made ring, I spent hours on the Internet "researching" the best place to go to get what I had in mind. Finding Paul's site was just part of the process. After reading many other sites I kept coming back to his. His integrity, honesty, sincerity, and talent really shone through. And all this before I even met him! He is very forthright .The whole experience of working with him was comfortable and easy. A pleasure. He took our images, words, imagination, and turned out a one of a kind piece of art for my finger. I love the ring he created for us so much. Really can't say enough about it and how unique it is. If you are looking to have a memorable item created this is the man to see.

  Paul was a pleasure to work with from day one. He helped me translate my vision of incorporating an heirloom diamond with significant family meaning into a modern ring. The result exceeded all expectations, and my wife couldn't have been happier with the result. In fact, we both went back for our wedding bands! The entire process was stress free and enjoyable, and I have Paul, who was patient and professional, to thank for that. Paul, you're a rare gem!

  Called to have a pair of plastic frame glasses repaired. They fit me in within a couple hours and I was able to pick them back up again. Very professional service and friendly people.

  Had the pleasure of meeting Robin and Paul. They returned my call promptly, I was able to dop off three repairs and a bobble bracelet polish the same day. Paul artfully and beautifully repaired my two chains, one was a rope style that needed precise and delicate soldering. My ring was broken at the bottom, it was skinny 18K so he rebuilt the bottom band. To add strength, we decided to replace the bottom 18k with a thicker 14k band, it's flawlessly molded in, thicker and colour graded so you cannot tell. He took the time to meet with me even when I picked up my pieces to ensure I was happy. I would give him more stars, I can't express how thankful I am as these pieces are priceless to me in sentimental value. Price was very reasonable as well. Will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you Paul! BTW, his creations are gorgeous!
