  They screwed my ring up! I brought it to get sized and I told them it was white gold...I got to back and my finger turned green! They replaced the bottom half with copper which I'm allergic to and they won't do anything about it!

  Bought two gold wedding bands for the regular price. The male associate was very pleasant and helpful. That weekend store have had a tax free promotion which was quite nice to save at least on tax. The same day the associate called me letting me know that I am eligible for $100 coupon on my next purchase because my total was over $300. After two weeks called the store to arrange pickup but the manager that I spoke with stated that I can't be eligible because of the tax promotion but at the same time she stated that I would be eligible if the total purchase was over $300 before taxes which it was, $309.00. Asked how is it possible to hear two different, conflicting information delivered to the customer on a day of the pickup? She said that the sales person didn't know???? Asked to be re-considered since the facts were on my side however she declined to help. Gave 2 stars only because of the manager as she obviously didn't have intentions to make an effort to make the customers come back....
