::i lived there for 5 years that was 4 years ago never had a roach or bug issue but that all started when i was just moving out someone brought them in that caused chaos all over the buidling and on the main floor they were outside roaches coming in from the windows and now they still have an issue???? i bought a condo no longer renting tip to everyone order online 100% pur boric acid (you can only get it worldwide) and powder puff your place only where the entry points are since the staff is doing a poor job the place stinks good luck

::Ok.. I normally wouldn't talk bad about a company. But this company makes it very hard not too, as they like to kick families out in the middle of the winter, all because they paid their rent.. ( but it wasn't when they wanted it.. they got it on the 4th or the 5th of the month) The management sucks, it's not worth the price. They don't believe in helping people that have been displaced by a fire. They have roaches and bedbugs. they don't fix jack s#!t. Even if its ordered from the Landlord and tenant board.. to the contrary, they tell you that the work is done, and you know and have pictures of it not being done. Honestly this company doesn't even deserve a star, but I can't post it with out a star...lol.. They are not worth the hassle or the savings.. its more of a headache. Good luck to the next ones that decides to move into these places.. Hope you have tenant insurance, cuz you never know when its going to go up in smoke.

::Recently moved in the two young ladies in the office were super helpful from the time of applying to moving in. Pet Friendly which is hard to find these days and all the neighbours I've met so far are nice. Building is clean and close to shopping and highways alway see superintendent cleaning and keeping it nice. No amenities but lots in neighbourhood if you need gym or pool.

::New laundry machines are great. Staff are pleasant and helpful, units are great price for value and all inclusive.

::Lived in 1957 for one year, 3 bedroom. Applied for a 2 bedroom, available February 1st, was denied. Not the best place on the outside, inside the apartment I make it a beautiful home! Looked over reviews, the place has a very low rating, and they refused me, a single, disabled Mom. Speaking with my lawyer.
