  Rooms fairly standard Courtyard. Possibly the largest Bistro of any Courtyard I've been to. Also open longer and staffed better than most. Overall well staffed with friendly professional people. Down side is there is no outdoor lounge/courtyard area.

  I've stayed here multiple times for work and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff are all friendly and the rooms and amenities are kept up nicely. Very nice hotel within a good price range.

  I really like when I go to a hotel and I'm comfortable. My family and I was there for 5 days. We even went to the heated pool with 18 degrees outside. It's clean, spacious room comfortable bed and pillows and friendly staff. My favorite part was the buffet breakfast. I would recommend this place if you are visiting Ottawa. It's also close to the express way.

  The Courtyard is located very conveniently off the 417. Our room had two comfortable queen beds and was quite big. It had a large counter with a sink, microwave and mini fridge and a mirror which came in handy when we were getting ready in the morning. The bathroom was also very roomy and nicely decorated. We were in Ottawa overnight for a family funeral so didn't really spend much time at the hotel. We plan on coming back in the summer to visit family and will definitely choose this hotel.

  Check in was quick and easy. Parking was free and on site. The rooms were surprisingly large, with a small size kitchenette beside the bed. I went on family day weekend and it was not too crowded. There are all the usual amenities on site (gym, pool, etc.). The hotel is only a short drive from downtown Ottawa and parliament. Overall it was a good stay. Would recommend.
