  This is a quant lil place, great atmosphere, great young people that work here. Very polite, very informative about things too do around Victoria and great knowledge of the shops, and locations of grocery and drugs stores.

  Really nice crew. First drink is free such as dinner every night. Seems to be themed night, but we did not stay long enough to experience it. Clean rooms & bathrooms.

  We stayed one night in the Tokyo suit which was located in 143, government St. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was very old. The microwave didn't work at all. We didn't contact the front desk to fix the microwave because we only stayed for one night and didn't wanna spend time waiting for anyone come fix it but we left a note to them. Hope they will fix it for the next customers. But this hotel still holds my credit card for one night cost and it has been pending in my credit card for 2 weeks since we checked out. They already charged the fee when we checked in at the front desk. But we phoned the hotel last week about it. They said they will phone the bank to drop the hold. However, they made another hold on the credit card now. I don't recommend anyone checks in this hotel since their dishonour usage on the client's credit card is very annoyed.

  Great quality/price. They offer free breakfast and dinner which are both pretty good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Vibe is a bit weird with people of all ages apparently living there. The bar and kitchen are good. Good location.

  Great budget place if you want to pay reasonable price with quality sleep. They even provide you with the dinner, which taste pretty nice! I stayed here 4 nights in total, and loved the staying. First night was in a single room with no window, and the rest in a dorm which accommodates 4 people. Dorm rooms were even better. Shower is convenient. Safe atmosphere. Hmm what else do we need when backpacking?
