  Another reason why I keep booking at Marriott's, with brands and service like this you can't go wrong. From when I entered the lobby, the staff was on top of things and went out of there way to make sure all my needs were fulfilled. From my forgotten toothpaste to the band-aid and the phone charger I needed. There room was great and so was the view. I have no complaints and if I'm looking to stay at a hotel in Victoria in the future, I'll be sure to try this one again.

  Excellent place to stay, although if I could I’d give it 4.5 stars. Having to buy a cup of fresh coffee in an expensive hotel like this just bugs me... and we all know those little coffee makers in the room produce a slightly enhanced version of coffee colored dishwater. But really, the service here was great, super friendly staff. Amazing view! Clean, modern rooms. Everything was really superb. They also hosted our conference here, which was executed perfectly.

  Had a great stay here. Rooms were really nice, we had an amazing view of the harbour from our room. The hotel is located in a great spot, close enough to downtown that you can quickly walk, but still feeling like it's a bit outside of the city. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! Will definitely come back if we come to Victoria again.

  Location is across the Johnston street bridge. Nicely located for views of the water. When checking in the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had the amenities you would expect. The outlet in the side table by the bed would not work? However the power strip in the room did work, so, extremely minor inconvenience. Located very close to downtown Victoria. Parking was very easy.

  Modern hotel with a classic feel. Incredible view of Victoria Harbor. Staff were polite and over the top helpful at each interaction. We were offered early check in, late check out, shuttle service throughout town. Even though it is across the bridge from town, it's incredibly walkable to everything and it's connected to the harbor scenic path. Room, and particularly the bed, was very comfortable. We saw no lack of cleaning it maintenance. Many nice touches such as heavy robes, motion activated bathroom night light, convenient outlets, and clean furniture and pillows. We look, and this chair has no stains when we flipped the cushion. It was just clean. Would happily stay here again.
