  The inspection report with pictures was excellent and useful, from setting up differentials to inspecting a used truck their work is great.

  Once again, awesome service! My son's car had an issue and they were able to fit us in on short notice to do the diagnosis and repair. We dealt with Jacquie and she was incredibly friendly and gave very clear explanations of the work needed, prices and timelines etc. We really appreciated this, as well as the video and pictures sent to our phone showing the vehicle and the broken parts so we could see exactly what was being fixed. It certainly made us feel more confident in the repairs being done. We will definitely be coming back!

  Jeff and Jennifer were exceptional in communication and hospitality. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there for maintenance or repair.

  I went to NAPA with a few mechanical issues and also needed some autobody repair. Jacquie was outstanding with communication and customer service. She also kept my parents in the loop who live in Alberta. (My dad would have fixed everything had I been at home.) Instead of ordering me a new hood, Jeff stayed late and fixed it himself. NAPA doesn't typically do autobody work, so this was greatly appreciated! Thank you NAPA for making a stressful situation bearable! I will definitely be back (hopefully only for general maintenance).

  I cant speak for Jenn experience, but my experience at Gears Plus has bee PHENOMENAL! I know the owner and know that they would not charge 800% markup. I suggest you call in and get it sorted out! Thanks Gears Plus for all your great service!
