  These guys know their stuff and have a great system to provide value for their clients. I have been a customer since the days on 22nd Ave; I have tried another store for one set but regretted it quickly as soon as it cost me to rotate the summers to winters (I sold the set and went right back to Kal). Best ongoing value in the market, especially if you're travelling through more than one city in BC. They have the best studded winter on the market. Some companies have it down to a science--Kal tire is that good. I express my appreciation tangibly where appropriate and these guys have earned thanks year after year.

  First impression was good, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, hence the 2 stars. Service ended there though. I dropped my tire off at about 1pm, and was told I'd hear back via text by 6-7 that evening or possibly the next morning. By 4pm the next day not a word and my husband stopped in after work. He was then told that they couldn't fix it as there was a sidewall puncture. 1st why was I not informed earlier if they were not able to fix it. 2nd when asked where the puncture was the individual couldn't say. ??? Really? I am most upset about the lack of communication. All you had to do was call, text or email and let me know you couldn't fix it. So rude.
