  Best service ever! The staff know every little details about their products and they offer a friendly approach. I had a personalized customer service for a small problem on my vacuum cleaner. I am impressed. Thank you!

  This is our second Miele dishwasher. We had our first for over twenty years. It works great,but we renovated the kitchen and wanted a new one. Miele dishwashers are the best.. I love my new dishwasher and recommend Miele to everyone.

  Very clean store, excellent (VIP like) customer service and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products. I have had my vacuum serviced here once under warranty and got the best service. (bilingual staff too) The cost of most Miele products is more, but you honestly get what you pay for here (and service and an amazing warranty to back it up)

  Excellent service. Knowlegeable staff. Superb appliances! I have had a Miele laundry set for 20 years with no repairs. Have since added a dishwasher, vaccum cleaner and coffee machine. All great appliances. Highly recommend.
