    I just wanted to post a review of an AMAZING person. Christina V. in the service department. My dad and I connected with her immediately due to her great customer service skills and ample knowledge. She was a gem from the get-go. She kept in touch with my dad and I and got us help immediately. Our transmission chain bad and it was in the system that it was under warranty, however, our clutch (which needed replacement as well) was not in the system as "under warrantee" Christina said that if the transmission chain is under warranty it wouldn't make sense that the clutch wouldn't be under warranty as well. (which made complete sense...) Workers who don't care and only work for the money would say "sorry ma'am/sir, but if it is not in the system, there is nothing I can do for you. The cost to replace the clutch is $2,500. I apologize, but Christina did some digging into this issue for us and spoke to whoever she needed to speak with; and found out that it was just accidentally not put in the system that we did indeed have the warranty for a clutch replacement. She understood my issues and made sure it was going to be solved. Thanks, Christina for everything you've done in just 1 day... I hope this review gets passed on to her. She deserves nothing but the best with ford. I really do appreciate all you have done.

    I had a few bad experiences at various dealership in the area but thank goodness for these folks at Metro! I don’t remember the last time I have ever felt so confident and comfortable making a purchase. There was absolutely NO hidden fees or anything of that nature on my purchase. I wasn’t forced into buying anything but they helped find me a truck basically tailored to my needs. I would recommend them to anybody! Nothing but good things to say. Steve, Sunny, and Janice were amazing!! If you need a vehicle The family at Metro Ford is where you want to be getting it from!!

    I took my truck in for an oil change, and a few repairs. I have a F-150 limited, which is a $75k gas half ton, it should be perfect, and maintenance should make it to a point where there are no disturbing rattles or noises or anything like that. For that kind of cash in that little of a truck, I should have no complaints, and the service should match that. Well....this is where I thought wrong. This is my first Ford vehicle, and most definitely my last, and furthermore the last time I will ever go to Metro Ford for service. I took my truck in and asked them for a loaner as i had given them a laundry list of things to look at and assumed it would take them a few days. They said that "no, we will have it back to you in the same day" Well, the first day the didn't even get a chance to look at it, the second day they just did the oil change and nothing else. Then the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth day they did a piss poor attempt of fixing the rattles that my truck had, and address add the other issues. I had also ordered a new ford sub that was an option for the truck but I didn't get it. They got one, and ordered the wrong one, then tried to charge me for it, and tried to charge me $1270, instead of the $1070 installed that I was quoted. After picking up and dropping off my truck 6 times, and wasting nearly 7-8 hours of my time at the dealer, waiting for shuttles, driving back and forth from the dealer, my issues have not been resolved, my truck still sounds like 2 skeletons banging on a tin roof when I drive it. Then, here is the best part. Even after not giving me a loaner vehicle and wasting all my time, and not fixing the issues with the truck and ordering the wrong parts, their labor rate is $165/hr! The audi dealer that I use is $139/hr, they give you a loaner EVERY time, and they wash your car for you before they give it back. My Ford cost more than the Audi, and they charge more for labor and give terrible service and don't fix any issues on the truck. It is completely outrageous. I strongly recommend not buying ford, and for sure not going to Metro. To this date they still haven't followed up with me with the right parts that I ordered and at this point, I'm not sure I care. I just want to get rid of the truck and want this nightmare to be over.

    I just purchased a Ford Explorer from Metro Ford Calgary and was dealing with Derrick Huck. I live in Edmonton so I dealt with Derrick over the phone and by emails throughout the duration of coming up with a deal. Derick was extremely professional and honest as to what shape the 2015 vehicle was in he returned all phone calls and emails in such a fast matter. Metro Ford was able to out price any other dealership that i was dealing with and provide service to such a high standard. My family and I are happy with the vehicle we chose and would highly recommend contacting Metro Ford Calgary to work with Derrick Huck on your next vehicle purchase.
