  Fantastic service. Front desk/reception staff were friendly and addressed my customer service needs in person and over the phone. They advocated and stay in touch with my insurance company as needed, and the entire process was seamless. The work on my car was completed with precision and high quality work. Would definitely go back, and recommend to others.

  I’ve had my car repaired there twice. On both occasions, I’ve experienced friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. They do top quality work, and are willing to go above and beyond. Example; A few weeks ago while Backing up into a parking stall I hit a snow bank and disconnected a plastic piece attached to my bumper. Today I stopped in with no appointment and the manager had it fixed free of charge and within minutes!!

  I have had my car broken into, baked into, and hit and run. All times I have dealt with Car Star on 9th Ave. Every time I go they are super friendly Lance who has been there for two years is always really friendly and gets the job done fast and effectively. Ashley who is new takes care of the car bookings and was extremely prompt and also very friendly had enterprise a block away literally phone me seconds later. These guys have done nothing but impress me!

  Repaired my car in the time they stated. They organized my car rental for me when I dropped off my car. The staff were very accommodating and friendly when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up. They sent daily email updates on the status of my vehicle which I thought was great. When I picked up my car they explained to me the repairs that were done and the warranty that I am entitled to. I would highly recommend.
