  I used the drive thru today to order lunch and a latte. Only one side of the drive thru was being serviced and my lane had to sit and wait. I voiced my displeasure with having to wait. When I got to the window I was then asked to wait for my latte and when I received it they had put extra expresso in it to make it very strong. I'm not impressed with this service. I will be sharing this with all my friends who use McDonald's. I would say the blame lies with one of the women taking the drive thru orders. Thanks a bunch!!

  Now this. I can honestly say. It's the best place to go have a DoubleBuger with Fries on the side. I go here whenever I have the munchies. The Fries are much better than BK's fries. LOL. The best place to eat!!

  When I arrived at this location, I thought is was going to be insanely congested, but to my surprise it was fair or moderate considering it was a noon, on a Sunday, in an area surrounded by churches. The line was surprisingly fast moving, and people were getting orders in a timely manner. I was still receiving my change when they had called my order...(kinda scary). But all in all it was a pleasant visit at McDowell's, and quietly peaceful to my ears.

  Great food. But I recommend not ordering at night. The food tastes like oven toasted leftovers. Chicken nuggets are hard and crusty. Fries are hard and crusty. Burger was too wet.

  Unbelievably poor service and that is saying something. Recent years in western canada the service and speed and order accuracy has been poor but this last visit was over the top. FYI I have the receipts and photos of what you demean the entire organization by calling managers. While I realize the restaurant I chose in Winnipeg was in an inner city area (as it has a play place for my children on Xmas eve day) - the lack of organization, basic hygiene and worst of all the level.of contempt with which all customers were treated was seriously embarrassing - especially as an ex employee of McDonald's - I found this performance disgusting. I expect nothing will be done but a serious audit / action taken to address the lack of care and attention paid at this store... I've seen franchise stores more compliant with less complaints.
