  Great lunch spot! The location is easily accessible to those who work around the Health Sciences Centre. The menu is small and there is not a great variety (mostly limited to salads and small pizzas), but their offerings are perfect for lunch. Ingredients are fresh and dishes are flavourful without being overly rich. You leave satisfied but not feeling overly full.

  I haven’t had the opportunity to visit in store but I have picked up their salads from vita health and they are delicious! I love the tahini based dressing!

  Excellent! One of the only places to get healthy food near the HSC. I love their salads, either in store or as takeout from VitaHealth. My mom is obsessed with the tahini dressing and always gets two. But one is generously sufficient. The vegan pizza was good and the vegan jelly in the middle cookie has been in my dreams since I visited. Love it here!

  Mostly vegetarian fair but there are meat options available. I had a sweet potato with greens and wild rice salad topped with chicken. Absolutely fantastic. Chic vibe and great selection of cafe drinks.

  We go there for coffee. Service is good. You get a refill with the price of coffee. The food I have tried from here always good.
