  Employees are so friendly & helpful. Security guards are also super friendly. Love that they are a pet friendly store & so I can take my dog along!

  had some pants and a shirt that the stitching came lose on or something....tried to get help with these items as all my other lulu stuff has held up perfectly. basically I was told that because it wasn't brand new that I was out of luck. way to stand by your product lulu...starting to rethink my brand loyalty

  Always over the top helpful. If business need a lesson - go to lily lemon. They’ve got customer care and quality! Great job guys

  I'm a huge fan!!! I love the all Lulu products and I love shopping at this location. The staff is always extremely helpful in finding the right style/fit or resolving any issues (which happen rarely). Particularly, I've always had a great experience with Travis - thank you very much!

  Customer service is amazing here! I had a small issue with a bra I had bought a few months earlier and Gabi took the time to find out if another style would work better for me. I ended up swapping it for a slightly different style, no hassle at all! That's what customer service should be :)
