::I had a horrible shopping experience. I contacted the supervisor in the usa and no one returned my call. I went on their website and tried contacting them via email, but yet again no response. I contacted the manager Karine at the Vancouver location and again I was disappointed that they wouldn't help me in regards to the issue I was having with one of their products. This company definitely does not care about their customers.
