  If you are looking for customer service, there are better options. This store use to be my “go to”store but have found service to be better at their competitors.

  Yesterday I went to buy plants and the weekly flyer deals was buy one get 1/2 price 2nd one. However, as I went to auto cash, i had to move on 3rd scanner and finally customer service. and the girl working in customer was horrible experience. Doesn't know anything! Very boring service. Although the lady working plant section was very good and kind.

  waiting almost 30 mins for someone to cut some board for us. Lots of staff talking by doors but no one anwering the summons. terrible customer service

  We have purchased numerous large items from Saskatoon Blairmore Lowe's and the customer service has been excellent. The staff has always went the extra step to find the product and information that we wanted. The subcontractors did not just drop off the items they took the time to place the items where the needed to be located. I would recommend them for household purchases.

  Ordering online and picking up there works awesome. Lowes has a great online selection and they usually deliver very quickly. BUT I also wanted to invest 25 or 30k into a kitchen and twice I couldn't find anybody to sit down with me and twice the person I left a message with that said they'd pass on the request either didn't do it or the cabinets person just decided not to get back to me. That's a large potential investment they let walk out of their store twice.
