It was full of contractors and workers. Little far from the centre of town but still doesn't effect your stay. Everything was clean and staff was friendly.

Clean room. Great restaurant. Lots of parking. Polite receptionists. Lots lights in the room. Bed is clean and firm. However like almost all the other hotels the TV is difficult to operate and no Fox news.

Great hotel, reasonable prices. Staff are excellent, so friendly and accommodating. The food is absolutely fantastic, again? reasonably priced. It is a little dated but everything else makes up for it.

Beautiful renovations have been completed. Staff is truly amazing. I 100% recommend this place both for hosting events and overnight stays

Definitely would not recommend staying here. I was here alone for one night on December 19, 2017 for work. The place is not very inviting from the outside and looked like a motel from 1950ā€™s. Iā€™ve never been to Sudbury before and when I checked in at 3PM, I asked the guy at the front desk what there was to do around town as I was free for the rest of the night. He shrugged his shoulders and said ā€œnot really muchā€. I said Iā€™d like to see something around town and he replied ā€œI canā€™t think of anything, thereā€™s not much to do around hereā€. He was as inviting as the outside of the hotel. Once I entered the room I was pleasantly surprised that it was quite modern and mostly renovated. (The photos of the rooms is why I booked here). The room was spacious with a nice desk and a couch in the room. The TV didnā€™t work, which I noticed right away, so I called the front desk and asked for help. The same guy came to the room within a minute or two. Told me this room has always had trouble with the TV and said it is the worst room. I hadnā€™t unpacked yet so I asked to be moved to a room with a working TV, to which he then said all the rooms TVs are no good and I should complain to management as heā€™s brought it up many times with them but they wonā€™t fix anything... again, this guy was really selling Sudbury and the hotel! He did get the TV working after about 5 minutes of fiddling with it and unplugging/plugging in multiple times. I left for dinner (with TV on so I didnā€™t have to call again). When I got back the TV was off and I had to call yet again. Unfortunately it was the same guy. He wasnā€™t much more helpful this time either, but did get it working. He was never rude, but definitely not polite or friendly. The light for the bathroom is next to the front door about 6ā€™ away from the bathroom... strange location. The bed was comfortable. There is a microwave and bar fridge in the room which is nice however the fridge was so noisy I had to unplug it when I went to bed. This hotel offered free breakfast which wasnā€™t amazing but edible. I helped myself to breakfast and a table and was half done eating before anyone showed up to ask if I wanted coffee or anything to drink. Coffee was terrible but likely expected at a hotel. (I had a Timā€™s right after!) I would not recommend this place overall. Iā€™m sure for $140 there are better places in Sudbury.
