  The Store Manager is one of the Rudest Sales person I have ever had to deal with. His Attitude towards my questions escalated to the point where I walked away and went over to the Best Buy Mobile Store and had them take care of my Koodo Accounts, New Phones and than Ported all My accounts to Koodo's Parent company, Telus. Talked to Customer service the next day about my issues, they called the Store and talked to the Manager and he Hung up on them. Talking to Regional Manager next to deal with him. They have lots several excellent Sales personal since this Manager has taken over. After talking to several other Cell Stores in the Mall, all the Sales Guys know each other and they all either have worked for The Store Manager or know of him and they all stay away from him as he has an Attitude.

  Horrible experience. I waited 20 minutes, and those two sales guys, weren't even near done with their customers, it wasn't like they were trying to make a sell. They were just chatting with the guys who already made the purchase. avoid this store.

  Very unhelpful and rude staff. Went in for a billing issue and was rudely told to just call in before listening to anything I had to say. I understand maybe they can't solve it but it's no reason to be rude to a customer. Not happy with the service will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Joe was the wonderful sales associate who helped me. He was very nice and while it took time to open a new account of course he was quick with jokes that made everything very easy.

  I went there at 5:35 and they closed at 6. I knew I was pushing it but I just wanted to pay outright for a new phone and move my sim into it. The people were already helping customers so I waited, after 15 minutes one of them looked at me and asked if I just had a quick question so I explained I wanted to purchase a new phone and she then said "you need to get here by 5:30 to do anything because it takes at least 20 minutes to buy a new phone and we close at 6." I explained I had been waiting since 5:35 and she said "that's not my fault" I then went to Best Buy and it took 5 minutes for her to get me the phone, move my SIM card and let me pay for it. The workers at Koodo in Mayfair are just lazy and don't want to help customers if it's close to closing, even if the customer has been waiting there.
