  I gave a laptop with minute glitches for repair. They ended up breaking it completely (had to buy a new one) and just gave me $50 in credit. And mind the prices! I wanted a high end laptop, and bought a much better one on Amazon with more than half the price that Best Buy quotes!

  I think that one star is WAY too high of the rating for this store! There appears to be a lot of staff there, but they are too busy socializing with each other and looking at the computers. You gave to interrupt their routine to even ask a question and even then, their attitude is almost like saying "how dare you interrupt what I am doing". I was after 2 items during my last visit: Item 1 = BlueRay player - region free. I looked through the BlueRay isle and after 3 employees walked by me, without even acknowledging I exist and had their "group meeting" 5 feet from me - (all I overheard was some lunch plans), I didn't dare interrupting their "important" chat and waited for the "meeting" to end. After that group dispersed, I dared to approach one of the employees to ask a question about region free DB player. He had absolutely NO CLUE what I was talking about, searched on his smart phone for answers and gave me a sales pitch for something I didn't want. I had to explain 3 times what I was after - then he left...came back in less than a minute and said, that Best Buy doesn't handle region free BluRay players and suggested I go to Amazon, SO I went after my: item 2 in vacuum cleaner isle hoping to get some answers. Almost identical story there. There were 3 employees chatting close to the vacuum cleaner I was interested in. This time I interrupted their chat right away and asked one of them a question about a filter cost. He had to go somewhere to check - came back - gave me the price, told me "if you want this vacuum cleaner - let me know and I'll get it for you from storage" - or something to this effect - and then he just took off. Would Best Buy tell me why I should come back to this store after this experience?

  Good store if all you need is to buy and leave. Staff are generally very helpful. Under no circumstances should anybody sign up for Geek Squad. That service is nothing short of a scam. I would rate five stars if the staff and selection were the only things to consider. Geek Squad=🐴💩

  A big shout out to this store and its staff! Long over due thank you for being a sponsor for Kenny and his "make a wish" dream. This was an amazing experience and we will not forget it. He had an issue with an item a few months later and they made it right. Thank you again Best Buy and staff.🌻

  I have lived in Victoria for only 10 days, and in here 10 days I have had TWO bad experiences with this store, and their staff. PLEASE properly train your staff!! If I'm spending hundreds of dollars here, they better be able to answer my questions RIGHT. For the love of god please NO GUESSING. I will be making my second trip BACK to return YET ANOTHER PRODUCT. I will be speaking to the manager. Please stop screwing around with customers. After returning this product I will never shop here again. Thank you for nothing!!
