  1 star is unfortunately the minimum that can be given and speaks way too highly of this place. Staff is fresh, ridiculously rude and displays a loud indifference for the satisfaction of a loyal customer. I will be canceling my current plan and take my business elsewhere and warn as many people as I can along the way.

  i honestly dislike koodo so much you go into stores they cant help you you try the web to get help they cant help you you call y our on the phone for hours waiting it sucks never again ive only had it for 2 weeks and its this bad

  Decent service. Employees were handy, although they are on commission. Their booth is a fantastically eye bleedingly orange though.
