  The service I have had here is always a hit or miss, nice attentive staff, or they're rude and non-existent.

  Dropped violin on the floor in the middle of a tuning. It was okay he took $20 off the $25 dollar tuning. When violins can range from $100 to $100,000 the $20 means nothing. I wouldn't trust this guy with any instruments if he's so unsafe with them. THANKS FOR THE $20 OFF THOUGH!

  Went in to get my first ukulele and absolutely loved my experience. The two staff members that we're there were very kind and know their stuff. Would recommend especially for beginners to music.
