  Went here for a Christmas work dinner. They have a great selection of alcoholic beverages and the fact that we had a free bar was really great (thanks employer!). We had the choice of three main dishes and I was glad that I chose the one that I did. The steak that my colleagues ordered was so overdone they might as well have been chewing on an old leather boot. Aside from that, the downstairs cellar area is great for large groups with darts and a pool table and an area to kind of dance in all of which is completely separated to the dining area.

  Visited this place once and as I’m passing by the managers I see one getting mad at this young hostess in the front in a very unprofessional manner and threatening to repremend her pay check due to another customer walking out without paying. Later see several managers on their phones, very unprofessional altogether, but the waiters and hostess were great and the food was pretty good.

  The bar is nice but the food was really underwhelming. The calamari was horrible worst I had in the city. Would highly not recommend for food. For drinks it is fine

  Went for drinks and had a great time. Three things stand out about this place - 1) the wonderful ambience and atmosphere - cosy and comfortable, with a couple of fireplaces; 2) the beer collection - quite a few beers both bottled and on tap - haven't come across this kind of a collection at too many places; 3) probably the best part - the servers who are very friendly and helpful. Glad I came across this place, would definitely re-visit.
