  Very respectful on the phone and in person and was honest about repairs needed to pass the out of province inspection. They also are very helpful in answering any car related questions and give great recommendations when you need some car advice.

  Direct automotive got me in right at the end of the day when no one else would. They were honest, fixed only what needed to be fixed and I really appreciate it. I will continue to go here for any futur vehicle issues. Thank you so much direct automotive!

  The customer service here was great. I had a few difficulties with getting my car fixed but within a few hours they got it all sorted amazingly. Very friendly guys.

  Just had a major repair on my vehicle while travelling, PGD took my vehicle in asap, did a great job on the repair and provided shuttle service. Thank you to Abbie and his crew for a good job,reasonable rates, and thorough explanation of their work complete with photos.
