  I just had John the Plumber visit my home to repair a pipe leak. I am very pleased with the services as I just phone late yesterday and they were able to accommodate me the next day. Josh, the plumber, was courteous, friendly and on time. He took the time to fully understand the problem and explain the details even though it was his very last job for this weekend. He made sure I understood what I was paying for and clearly explained the breakdown for the cost. He took great care, disposed of all spare parts and left the work space clean. I would recommend this business and Josh for service anytime!

  I am very disappointed with the fact that I wrote two emails to 'John the Plumber' requesting a service; one on Sept. 25th and another follow up on Oct. 3rd. Neither email was ever answered! What this the point of offering an email address on the website if no one ever looks at them?

  We had John the Plumber over to do some plumbing work and we were very impressed with the overall experience. Very professional, helpful team and the rate was affordable. I would recommend John the Plumber to my family and friends!

  Great service, fair price, and quality workmanship. From my first phone call to the office to the plumber that worked at my house I was very satisfied and will use them again in the future.
